We invite you to read our internal regulations. The rules to be followed are not only those laid down in law, but also those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

Check-in: From 15:00 to 19:00;

Check-out: Until 11:00;

•Upon arrival to the B&B, please present a valid ID to check in.

•Close the doors when leaving and entering the facility.

•No smoking in apartments.

•It is forbidden to bring third parties to the site.

•The guest bears full financial responsibility for all types of damage on premises and in the apartments.

•Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:00.

•Please report any food allergies.

•Do not bring animals to the site.

•B&B Maelka is a small family business and the reception is not available at all hours of the day, like in a hotel.

•Reservations can be made by phone or e-mail. You will then receive all information related to the B&B and a confirmation of the reservation, which is done by depositing 30% of the total value of the order by a bank transfer. The rest should be paid in cash upon arrival at the B&B. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Recommendations: Please do not leave valuable items in the rooms and on the premises. B&B is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to cars or objects on the property.

Cleaning the rooms: Daily cleaning includes the bedroom and the bathroom, the kitchenette should be cleaned by the guest. Cleaning takes place every day from 11:00 to 12:30. If the room is still occupied at this time, cleaning will not be performed. The bed linen and towels are replaced every 3 days.

Payment: After check-in, the guest shall pay the rest of the fees in cash. By the law, B&Bs are not obligated to issue receipts. The guest receives keys to their room and a remote control for the entrance gate. In case the keys or remote are lost the guest will be charged €20 for their replacement.
